    Black Grapes Real Estate Construction Services began as a general works contractor in 1999.     Job Description

    3 Candidates Required on 3 Different Profiles

    Profile 1 (Male) Construction Site Engineer/Supervisor

    Role of Profile 1 is Site Super Vision and handling Executions on Site as per Planning.

    Profile 2 (Male/Female) Civil Designer Role of Profile 2 is Planning (2D) on AutoCAD and 3D Designing on Photoshop and 3Ds Max for Elevations.

    Profile 3 (Male) Online Civil Documentation Works Role of Profile 3 is for Providing Nagar Nigam Sanction Maps, TNCP Layouts, Rera,Diversion Works, Namantaran and Related Permission Works.

    Profile 4(Male/Female) Interior Designer Role of Profile 4 is doing all Interior Designing works in office and on field including site visits, supervision and planning and designing on software’s.

    ***Note: -Complete Training and Support will be provided by the company for all the 3 profiles mentioned above.

    2) Working Hours for job: - 11 AM To 8 PM Daily

    Monday To Saturday

    3) Stipend During Training:-

    Fixed:-

    A) Fixed: - Candidate will get the fixed stipend only on achieving the target and if the target didn’t achieve then he/she will provide with the variable If the employee goes above the target, then he/she will be benefitted with the extra incentives plus fixed stipend.

    Fixed:-Rs.5000/- per month for Graduate and Post-Graduation Pursuing Paid Monthly for basic target.

    B) Incentives: - 20% on his own net profit earned to the company. Paid After Deal Finalization Monthly. Note:-1) Incentive will be given on net profit (Gross Profit – Company Expenses) per month. 2) Stipend will start 10 days after joining date.

    4) Facilities Provided by the company:-

    a)System will be provided

    b)Mobile Allowance

    c)Wifi will be provided

    d) Petrol allowance.

    e) Travelling allowance for travelling outside city.

    5)Training: - Total 10 days Training will be Provided. Joining will be after training. Training will be unpaid.

    6) Requirements from candidates:-

    a)Candidate must have to get verify all original documents and submit a photo copy.

    b)Candidate should have good english.

    c)Candidate must have a 2 wheeler.

    8) Candidate will get 2 certificates one from the Government(If he is eligible for Government Apprenticeship Program) and the other from our Company after successful completion of the training period.

    9) If a candidate is selected, he has to join immediately.

    11) Eligibility: -

    a)Any Graduate,Pursing Civil Engineering Student.

    b)Schooling from English Medium only.

    12) Job Location: - 1141-Part 1,Scheme No 114,Vijaynagar,Indore(M.P)

    13)Duration of the Training:- The Minimum duration of the training is 6 months and can be extended as per mutual consent.If candidates join he needs to complete 6 months of Training Program Mandatorily.

    14) Placement:- If a candidate performs good he will get permanent job with package ranging from 3.0 Lacs to 4.5 Lacs based on his performance.
